These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outreach.Guru website and services ("Services"). By ordering a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our services
Outreach.Guru provides white-hat link building, blogger outreach, guest posting, niche edits and digital PR services. The specific deliverables, pricing and timelines for your engagement are set out in the order or proposal you accept.
2. Orders and approvals
Before a placement goes live, you have the opportunity to approve the target site, the anchor text and the content draft. By approving these items you confirm they are accurate and acceptable. Once you approve, we proceed to publication.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Payment terms are specified at the point of order. We accept bank transfer, card, PayPal, Payoneer and selected cryptocurrencies. We may suspend delivery on overdue accounts.
4. Replacement guarantee
If a link we place is removed within twelve (12) months of publication through no fault of yours, we will replace it with a link on an equivalent or better site at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover links removed because of changes you request, your own breach of these Terms, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. No ranking guarantee
Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, your website's technical health, content and competition. We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes. We guarantee the quality and delivery of the placements described in your order.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to promote the websites and content you submit, that they comply with applicable law, and that they do not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to decline any project — including content in illegal, fraudulent or prohibited categories — at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
Content we create for a placement is licensed to the host publication for publication. This website's design, text and branding remain the property of Outreach.Guru.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific placement(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
